At Glow Homes, roles tend to emerge where the work genuinely demands it.

We’re typically interested in people with experience across system design, energy or infrastructure, operations and delivery, product and platform thinking, and customer-focused roles where judgement and clarity matter.

More than specific backgrounds, we look for people who think carefully, communicate clearly, and take responsibility for the quality of what they deliver. Comfort with trade-offs, an appreciation for long-term outcomes, and respect for craft matter more than titles or speed.

If you’re motivated by building something durable rather than moving fast for the sake of it, there’s likely alignment.
