The Glow Team

Experienced, thoughtful, and quietly obsessive about doing things properly.

Glow Homes is built by a focused senior team responsible for design, delivery, and long-term standards.

The people behind Glow

Glow Homes exists because home energy should be treated as infrastructure, not a transaction.

The people behind Glow bring experience across design, systems thinking, operations, and long-term delivery. What connects them is a shared belief that doing things properly — even when it takes longer — leads to better outcomes for homeowners.

This isn’t about hierarchy or personality. It’s about judgment, accountability, and protecting standards as the business grows.

Jon Skinner - Founder & CEO

Jon leads the long-term direction of Glow Homes, setting the standards that shape how energy systems are designed, delivered, and supported over time.

Glow was founded on the belief that home energy should be treated as infrastructure — considered carefully, designed properly, and expected to perform reliably for decades. Jon’s role is to protect that design-led thinking and ensure decisions remain grounded in long-term homeowner outcomes.

At Glow, leadership isn’t about speed or scale. It’s about judgement, discipline, and resisting shortcuts that compromise quality as the business grows.

Paul Casey - COO

Paul takes full ownership of the homeowner experience at Glow Homes, ensuring every interaction is clear, considered, and supportive from the first conversation through long-term ownership.

His role is about making complex decisions feel understandable, and the overall process feel calm and well-managed. Paul works closely with design and delivery teams to ensure homeowners always know what’s happening, why it matters, and what to expect next.

At Glow, a good experience isn’t about speed or sales pressure. It’s about trust, communication, and following through. Paul’s focus is on consistency, care, and making sure homeowners feel confident in the decisions they’re making — both during installation and long after the system is in place.

Lee Hamblin - Commercial Director

Lee leads system design at Glow Homes, ensuring every system is specified thoughtfully, accurately, and with long-term performance in mind.

His role bridges technical understanding and real-world use, translating how a home functions today — and how that may evolve — into balanced, future-ready system designs.

At Glow, design is about making the right decisions early, avoiding unnecessary complexity, and ensuring systems work as a coherent whole rather than a collection of parts.

Samantha Day - Head of Brand & Marketing

Samantha leads brand at Glow Homes, shaping how Glow is understood, experienced, and trusted over time.

Her role is focused on clarity and consistency — ensuring Glow’s values, tone, and positioning are reflected across every touchpoint, from the website and communications through to how the business shows up in the wider energy landscape.

At Glow, the brand isn’t about campaigns or attention. It’s about trust, restraint, and saying the right things in the right way. Samantha’s focus is on building a brand that feels calm, credible, and aligned with how Glow actually operates — today and as it grows.
